the staff was professional, no doubt. the room size was more than adequate, it had lots of space. i liked the location, a short distance from the main attractions. the valet parking was convenient.
my request for water went unfulfilled. also, slippers were absent from the room, i think they are a must.

it was off the strip, just a bit. everythin felt clean and sanitized. coffee service was great. i loved the jacuzzi tub and the shower. the room itself was good. i asked for a fan to sleep with and they had one.

i found a completely different experience here than at most places. the hotel is pristine and non smoking. the staff members were great. i liked that it was a non gaming hotel.
having to valet park was a little tedious when busy. it did take some time to get the car back sometimes. it was a minor inconvenience though.
